Tino’s Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 2 tsp chia seeds (soaked in approx 1/3 cup water for 10 minutes)

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
  2. Heat a pan with a little Olivani or oil.
  3. Pour batter into the pan to form pancakes and cook on medium heat until golden on both sides.
