Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup oats
- 2 tsp chia seeds (soaked in approx 1/3 cup water for 10 minutes)
Method
- Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
- Heat a pan with a little Olivani or oil.
- Pour batter into the pan to form pancakes and cook on medium heat until golden on both sides.
