Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/2 cup milk (e.g. oat milk)
- 500g ground beef
- 1 cup grated cheese
- 1 carrot, grated
- 3–4 mushrooms, finely diced
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tsp dried oregano
Method
- Preheat oven to 200°C and line a baking tray with baking paper.
- In a large bowl, mix oats and milk, then let sit for 10 minutes to soften.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix until fully combined.
- Roll into balls (about 1–2 tbsp each) and place on the prepared tray. Drizzle lightly with olive oil.
- Bake for 15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and cooked through.
