Snickers Bliss Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cashews
  • 1/2 cup crushed peanuts
  • 6 tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp honey **or** rice malt syrup
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 3 tbsp cacao or cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp concentrated natural vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Method

  1. Place all ingredients into a food processor and blend until well combined but still textured.
  2. Use your hands to shape the mixture into balls (wet hands can help prevent sticking).
  3. Place bliss balls in the fridge to set.
