Ingredients
- 1 cup cashews
- 1/2 cup crushed peanuts
- 6 tbsp peanut butter
- 2 tbsp honey **or** rice malt syrup
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 3 tbsp cacao or cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp concentrated natural vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Method
- Place all ingredients into a food processor and blend until well combined but still textured.
- Use your hands to shape the mixture into balls (wet hands can help prevent sticking).
- Place bliss balls in the fridge to set.
