Ingredients
- 40g (1/4 cup) sesame seeds
- 75g (1/2 cup) pistachios, chopped
- 3 tsp ground coriander
- 3 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp ground pepper
- 1 tsp salt
Method
- Place sesame seeds in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- Toast for about 5 minutes, stirring often, until golden and fragrant.
- Add chopped pistachios, ground coriander, cumin, and pepper.
- Stir continuously and cook for 1 minute until aromatic.
- Stir in the salt and remove from heat. Let cool before storing.
