Ingredients

  • 40g (1/4 cup) sesame seeds
  • 75g (1/2 cup) pistachios, chopped
  • 3 tsp ground coriander
  • 3 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp ground pepper
  • 1 tsp salt

Method

  1. Place sesame seeds in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  2. Toast for about 5 minutes, stirring often, until golden and fragrant.
  3. Add chopped pistachios, ground coriander, cumin, and pepper.
  4. Stir continuously and cook for 1 minute until aromatic.
  5. Stir in the salt and remove from heat. Let cool before storing.
