Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup yoghurt
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- Desiccated coconut
To Top
- Grated apple
- Blueberries or other berries
- Cooked apple or pear
Method
- In a jar or bowl, mix together oats, milk, yoghurt, chia seeds, maple syrup, and desiccated coconut.
- Stir well to combine, then cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours).
- In the morning, top with your favourite toppings such as grated apple, berries, or cooked fruit.
