Overnight Oats

Breakfast Snack

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • Desiccated coconut

To Top

  • Grated apple
  • Blueberries or other berries
  • Cooked apple or pear

Method

  1. In a jar or bowl, mix together oats, milk, yoghurt, chia seeds, maple syrup, and desiccated coconut.
  2. Stir well to combine, then cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours).
  3. In the morning, top with your favourite toppings such as grated apple, berries, or cooked fruit.
