Ingredients
- WET MIX
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup cocoa
- 1/2 cup milk
- 225g (1/2 pound) butter
- DRY MIX
- 3 cups oatmeal
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
Method
- In a saucepan, combine sugar, cocoa, milk, and butter.
- Bring to a boil and cook for 3–5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in oatmeal and vanilla essence.
- Drop spoonfuls onto a tray or baking sheet in small circular shapes.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour until set.
