Ingredients

  • 1x 440g can cream-style sweetcorn
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • A handful of chopped herbs
  • Olivani / oil to cook

Method

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until combined.
  2. Heat olivani or oil in a large non-stick frypan over low to medium heat.
  3. Cook spoonfuls of the mixture until puffed up and lightly browned on both sides.
