Ingredients
- 1x 440g can cream-style sweetcorn
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 egg
- A handful of chopped herbs
- Olivani / oil to cook
Method
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until combined.
- Heat olivani or oil in a large non-stick frypan over low to medium heat.
- Cook spoonfuls of the mixture until puffed up and lightly browned on both sides.
