Ingredients
- 225g butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 tbsp sweetened condensed milk (about 1/2 tin)
- 170g dark chocolate chips
- 3 cups flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
Method
- Preheat oven to 150°C (350°F).
- Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Mix in the sweetened condensed milk.
- Add chocolate chips, flour, and baking powder. Mix until combined.
- Roll dough into balls and press gently with a fork.
- Bake for 10 minutes, or until just golden.
