Ingredients
- 2 bananas
- 4 eggs
- 3 Tbsp flour
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Method
- Heat a non-stick pan.
- Mash bananas until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whisk eggs.
- Combine mashed bananas with eggs, then mix in flour and cinnamon.
- Lightly grease the pan and cook small dollops of the mixture.
- Serve with any toppings you like.
