Ingredients
- 3 large bananas (defrosted)
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/3 cup melted Olivani
- 1 cup chocolate buttons
Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Mash bananas in a large bowl.
- Add sugar and egg, and mix well.
- Stir in melted Olivani.
- Add baking powder, baking soda, salt, and flour. Mix until just combined.
- Fold in chocolate buttons.
- Spoon into muffin cases and bake for 18–20 minutes until golden and springy.
