Ingredients
- 200g butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 1/4 cups flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa
- 2 cups cornflakes
Icing
- 50g butter
- 1/4 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup icing sugar
- 3 tbsp cocoa
Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Beat butter and sugar until light and creamy.
- Add flour and cocoa, mix well.
- Gently fold in cornflakes.
- Roll spoonfuls onto a lined baking tray and flatten slightly with a fork.
- Bake for about 9 minutes.
- Allow to cool completely before icing.

- Gradually beat in icing sugar and cocoa.
- Add a little boiling water if needed to reach a spreadable consistency.
